Summer workouts for girls interested in playing for the 2020 season will begin June 4th. Workouts will be held Tuesdays and Thursdays during the months of June and July. Sessions will begin at 8:00 am and end at 10:00 am. Sessions will focus on strength training and speed & agility. In order to participate, players must have a current physical on file with the school, which any returning player will already have on file from the 2019 season as the physicals are good for one year. Upcoming freshman- you will need to get a physical completed which will then be good through the end of the 2020 season. A link to physical forms can be found here:
